Can they be dropped?

To prevent damage to the twisting mechanism of the dumbbells, we highly recommend not dropping them from any height.

What are they made of?

While certain base pieces are made from plastic, the actual dumbbell weights are made of premium steel.

Why are the weight increments random?

They are manufactured as KG plates but we display the weight in pounds instead.

Is it possible for weights to fall on your foot during workouts?

No, if the product is undamaged and securely locked, it won't come out. Please make sure it is locked every time before you work out.
