From the zinc plated finish to the 50.40mm collar opening, the attention to detail displayed in our LB Competition Plates is a feat of engineering.

With a weight tolerance of +/= 15 grams, these plates are highly accurate to their displayed weight unlike other plates which may have more discrepancy.

These plates offer a consistent dead blow with minimum bounce. Less bounce keeps your weights in place, optimizing training and minimizing chasing your bar. It also keeps noise to a minimum and protects your floors.

A gloss-matte-gloss textured matte finish gives the plates a bold, clean aesthetic. Sleek, modern colours indicate the weight.

Raised flanges prevent metal-on-metal contact between center disks, reducing the scuff and preserving your plates. These flanges will help keep them looking fresh for years to come.

Versatile!

My husband got these for us to use with our barbell. But I have to say I love holding them for some exercises rather than a dumbbell. They fit my hand really well. Other than that, the weight is correct and it fits our barbell just fine.
