Constructed from true imperial 3" x 3" 11-gauge Q235 steel with 1" hardware and 2" on-center hole spacing, it delivers a stable platform for squats, presses, pull-ups, muscle-ups, suspension work, and high-volume training.

Smarter Pull-Up Bar Layout
Single straight pull-up bars run across the outer sections to preserve clearance for kipping, muscle-ups, and suspension training, while double 4' pull-up bars reinforce the center bays and allow multiple athletes to train at once.
Attachment-Ready Design
The true 3" x 3" platform with 1" holes and 2" spacing supports Better Body J-cups, spotter arms, dip attachments, landmines, plate storage, and other rack accessories. Add the attachments that fit your training style and change the setup as your facility evolves.
Expand the Rig as You Grow
The modular bay design lets you add additional rig sections over time, so you can start with a smaller setup and expand into a larger multi-station system later without replacing the rig you already own. As your member count, class size, or training needs grow, the Apex can grow with them.
