Professional-grade dumbbells that are built to last

Our dumbbells are a must for any home gym setup. They're perfect for building strength and are super versatile - use them for bicep curls, chest presses, lunges, goblet squats and a wide variety of other upper and lower body workouts.

Our professional-grade dumbbells come in two options - hex dumbbells and adjustable or twist dumbbells. Reliable and durable, our hex dumbbells come with rubber angled edges that ensure they won't roll away when you set them down between reps. If you're looking for something a bit more space-saving, then try our adjustable dumbbells. They look sleek and are built to last. Plus, with the twist of a wrist you can change the weight to match the intensity of your workout.

You can also bundle and save on our dumbbells. Our Hex Dumbbell Set & Heavy Duty Bench Bundle keep your weights well organized and well presented, while meeting all of your lifting needs. And our Twist Dumbbells & Premium Bench Bundle are real space-savers that give you the convenience and flexibility of 9 sets of dumbbells in 1.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

This will depend on your fitness levels and goals. We believe the weight you lift should be heavy enough to challenge you - that is, if you want to see meaningful gains physically and in terms of strength. But if you’re looking for a rough guide, here’s what we would recommend:

Beginner: 5 to 25 lbs

Intermediate: 10 to 45 lbs

Expert: 15 to 70 lbs

If you have adjustable dumbbells that max out at 25 lbs, you can still increase the intensity by adding more reps, using muscle resistance bands, or incorporating supersets.

The materials used to make dumbbells can bump up their price. For example, cast-iron dumbbells are more affordable than stainless steel or rubber-coated ones. And those with a urethane coating are the most expensive (but also the most durable). Dumbbells are also expensive for logistical reasons. It may sound obvious, but weights are heavy, and anything heavy will be costly to transport. That being said, we offer free same day shipping on all of our dumbbells.
