Order #U9581- Great Customer Support

I had issues with this order from the start but the support team here did a phenomenal job of sorting everything out.

The freight company for my order (5-100lb dumbbells +2 racks) only delivered half of my shipment and left me wondering where the rest of it was as the delivery ticket clearly stated two pallets. I contacted the freight company and got this sorted out although Max reached out in the meantime to make sure everything was being taken care of,

My second issue is that my product delivered did not match what was ordered. The racks in the product photos displayed have bolts on the side, mine just had some drop in angle iron. James and Max both helped me figure this out- they updated their design and there have been some minor adjustments. The 95lb & 100lb pairs sit on the ground, bottom row of racks is 70-90lb.

Overall, there were a couple of issues but the support team was great. I think I’m going to give them another chance and order their plate + barbell rack here soon.
