Return Information on All Sales (Pre-Orders & Standard Sales)
With every eligible return request (more on eligibility below), we offer 2 options.
1. Fast Track Refund
This is a refund via e-gift card that will be provided immediately if you're requesting a refund on pre-order items, or as soon as we receive your return items at our warehouse if it's a physical return.
2. Original Payment Method
Refund will be returned to your original form of payment - please note that this can take up to 2 weeks.

Return Information on Pre-Order Items
If you need to make a change to your pre-order or cancel it altogether, you can do so free of charge anytime prior to your order being processed and shipped out. Please do so by notifying our team at email@example.com.
Return Information on Defective/Missing Upon Arrival Items
We always strive to provide the highest quality product before it leaves our warehouse. While it is uncommon, some damages may occur during the shipping process.
If your order arrives damaged or missing pieces for whatever reason, we will offer to send you the missing/damaged pieces again, or send you a new unit, we are also happy to handle returns and exchanges free of charge. In order to be eligible for this type of a return, you need to request a review of your case within 3 days of arrival, otherwise your items will not be considered as defective/missing upon arrival.
Return Information for Change of Mind
If you would like to return your items because you've changed your mind about the purchase, you are fully responsible for repackaging and shipping all items back to us. Returns in these scenarios will only be accepted within 30 days of receiving the products.
All items must be shipped back in their original condition with all parts and boxes. Failure to send items back in their original condition and packaging are subject to a $80 restocking fee.
Please note that at this time, the customer is responsible for both the cost of shipping back the product and the original shipping cost in these scenarios.
