      Shipping Policy 

      Processing & Shipping Times

      We pride ourselves on the fastest shipping rate in Canada in the home workout industry. In stock items will be shipped the same business day or next day (If placed after 12pm). Due to the pandemic, shipping delays may occur through courier delivery. 

      Please note that shipping to rural areas may be subject to extra shipping fees. If you require the most accurate shipping rate and you live in a rural area, please contact us prior to ordering at support@betterbodyequipped.com

      • Pre-Orders: 
      1. If your order includes Pre-Ordered items your entire order will be sent when the items are stocked. For example, if you purchase our dumbbells and kettlebells on pre-order, but only the dumbbells are in stock, your order will not ship until the kettlebells are back in stock as well.
      2. In stock items will always ship the next business day (Order cutoff time is 12pm for same day shipping).

      Shipping Times: 

      1. Estimated shipping times for following locations: BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, QC, NL. 
      • Between 3 to 7 business days. Due to the pandemic, shipping delays may occur.
      • Shipping to rural Canada areas: YK, NT, etc. can take between 7 to 10 days. 

               2. Estimated shipping times for the United States

        • Between 5 - 12 business days. Due to the pandemic, shipping delays may occur.
        • Shipping to rural United States areas can take up to 10 - 15 days. 

        Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed you will be sent a tracking number. You will be able to follow the status of your shipment with your tracking number. 

        Lost Parcels: If your order has been shipped but lost in transit, please email us at support@betterbodyequipped.com with your Name, Order Number and Tracking Number. We will follow up with UPS and create a claim for your order. 


        Returns & Refunds: 

        1. Pre-Order items: Change Your Mind? Cancel your order anytime before shipment for a 100% refund. Simply send us an email with your order number to support@betterbodyequipped.com letting us know that you'd like to cancel your order

        2. We are happy to handle return items free of charge if the product you receive is defective. This does not include products that are damaged through use or wear and tear. In the case that your product is defective upon arrival, please reach out to us immediately. Any requests after 3 days of arrival will not be considered as defective. 

        3. If you would like to return your items because you've changed your mind about the purchase, you are fully responsible for repackaging and shipping all items back to us. Returns in these scenarios will only be accepted within 14 days of receiving the products. All items must be shipped back in their original condition with all parts and boxes. Failure to send items back in their original condition and packaging are subject to a $80 restocking fee. Please note that at this time, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back the product.
