Shipping Information

We currently have 2 warehouses in both Houston Texas & Vancouver, BC. Occasionally, items may be sent from a further away warehouse due to stock issues. Each and every product passes through our strict quality control before getting sent your way.

Unlike other competitors, we are among UPS’s enterprise partners, allowing us to tap into the most competitive shipping rates and the best shipping times available across North America.

What this means for you is highly competitive shipping rates on your orders, as well as “prime” shipping times.

Express Shipping

Each and every order, if all items of the order are in stock, is packed on the same day Monday to Friday. If the order is placed before 12PM PST, the order will also be shipped the same day.

While we do our best to ship orders quickly, there may be cases around major holidays or other events where there could be a slight delay including but not limited to Christmas, New Year's Eve/Day, and during the week of Thanksgiving and Cyber Monday.

Freight Shipping (LTL)

All orders are delivered curbside. Please expect the arrival of a 60ft truck upon delivery. If your delivery address cannot accommodate this, you may be billed an additional delivery surcharge. Inside/garage delivery shall be shouldered by the consignee. If you need to reschedule your delivery date, storage fees may apply and will be shouldered by the consignee.

To change your delivery address, please contact us before your order ships. Please read below for more information. If your order has left the warehouse, you will be responsible for any holding, reconsignment, return shipping, or other charges associated with the order.

The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment so please provide an active phone number. Signature is required on all freight deliveries. Please be advised that signing off on shipment means you are acknowledging that your complete order has been delivered. Please take the time to verify that your order is complete on arrival, and void of any tampering or damage. In the case of missing or damaged equipment, please write it on the delivery receipt or we may not be able to process replacements/refunds.

Shipping Times

We ship across the United States, free of charge to you. All US orders take 2-5 business days to arrive at your destination. Rural parts of the US can expect their orders within 8-10 business days.

Some U.S. orders may be subject to a heavy order fee and duty in certain areas. The customer is solely responsible for all associated duties and taxes. Better Body Equipment is unable to provide estimates for these so please check with your local customs office for more information.

If the customer chooses to reject the delivery and request a refund, they would be responsible for paying the original shipping fee and return cost and that would be deducted from their refund.

Lost Packages

Tracking numbers are sent to customers via email upon shipping the order out. If your order seems to be lost in transit and has not been updated within 10 business days, please reach out to our team at so we can coordinate with the carrier and locate your item before sending any replacements. Lost packages are only eligible for replacements, not refunds.


If the carrier attempts delivery to you but fails several times, they will be forced to return the items to us. In this case, we have now paid for the shipping fee and the return cost. If a customer needs us to re-ship their package, they would be responsible for paying the return cost and the fee to ship the package again for them. If they choose to opt into a cancellation instead, the shipping fee and return cost would then be deducted from their refund subtotal.

Please note that our items can't be delivered to PO Boxes and will likely be returned to us by UPS.

Shipping Fees:

There are some addresses that will require extra shipping costs after your order is submitted. If you live in a state or area that is harder to reach, please send us an email to see if a higher fee applies.
