The Better Body HB Bar is a women's competition barbell designed with CrossFit Games athlete Hannah Black. Built to her specifications for how a women's bar should feel, spin, and perform. Not a scaled-down men's bar. A purpose-built tool for the way women actually train.

8 needle bearings and 2 brass bushings deliver fast, smooth sleeve rotation under load. That matters when you're cycling snatches, cleaning heavy, or chaining touch-and-go reps in a metcon. The sleeves spin when you need them to and stay consistent rep after rep.
This is competition-grade hardware inside a bar built for daily use.
25mm Shaft. IWF Knurl. No Center Knurl.
The 25mm shaft is standard women's diameter for a reason. Smaller hands get a full wrap, which means better hook grip, more confident catches, and less energy wasted fighting the bar. IWF standard knurl gives you grip without tearing your hands apart during high-volume sessions.
No center knurl keeps the bar smooth in the front rack and across the shoulders. Exactly where you want it for cleans, thrusters, and front squats.
Built to Last. Built to Load.
190-200K PSI tensile strength alloy steel with a 1,500 lb weight capacity. The purple Teflon shaft finish is built to resist corrosion and wear. QPQ-finished sleeves handle plate contact session after session without chipping or degrading.
Lifetime warranty. Because a bar this good shouldn't come with an expiration date.
