With the help of gravity, accelerate or decelerate at your own leisure. Adjust between 6 gear settings to either run (low setting), jog (medium setting), walk (high setting) or even push (highest setting). Controlling your own speed and resistance reduces injury to the joint caused by failing to keep up with an automatic running belt.

PERFECT FIT FOR WHAT I NEED!

Excellent Entry Level Treadmill.

It is convenient and has no technical difficulty for all ages who want to augment their daily outside walking and jogging. It is fully functional and easy to use. For the price point and convenience, I say buy it; this is amazing.
