No separate modular filler bags. No extra parts to buy. Load sand directly into the built in filler section, zip it shut, and get to work. The bag stays compact, balanced, and easy to load right out of the box.
Want it lighter for conditioning work? Pull some filler out. Want it maxed out for heavy carries? Pack it full. You control the load without needing a different bag for every weight.
Built to Take It.
Durable outer shell with reinforced stitching, heavy duty handles, and a secure heavy duty reinforced zipper closure to keep the filler locked in during hard training sessions. These bags are made for real weight and real work.
Multiple grab points let you grip it however the movement demands. Bear hug it for carries. Grab a handle for cleans. Shoulder it from the floor. The bag works the way you want to train.

How to Fill
- Open the heavy duty zipper
- Access the built in filler section
- Add sand until the bag reaches your preferred weight
- Secure the filler closure and zip the bag shut
