    Why is shipping charged even though it says "free shipping"?

    While we offer free shipping on most products, the Hex 50 set requires us to charge the appropriate heavy order handling fee.

    Why is there a wet coating on the dumbbells?

    This coating is actually a lubricant from the manufacturing process. It means it was made quite recently and the oil is there to prevent the dumbbells from cracking.

    How do you remove the odor/grease from the dumbbells?

    No need to wash it, you can just wipe it with a dry cloth and it will go away after a while.

    Can the rack be sold separately?

    Rack is solely available for purchase by selecting the variation above “Rack Only”. Rack fits 5-50lbs.
